Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

• Dispute Inaccuracies: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair organization can force the removal of accurate, current, and verifiable information.
